IT Operation Officer

Essential Requirements:


* University graduate majoring Computer Engineering
* Minimum 1 year experience in the same role
* Team player
* Excellent in customer service
* Strong analytical skills & problem solving
* Strong knowledge in data communication and networking
* Fluent in English both written & verbal communication

Role & Accountabilities:
* Manage and maintain IT system under Windows, Unix and AS/400 system
* Troubleshoot PC & Server Hardware
* Provide technical support for user
